Very evocative, especially the mountain crag. I think the brush strokes might detract in the darker areas of the bottom piece, but both display superior painting skills, and mature use of color.

Thanks, man! That means a lot. I think you're right about the darks in the still life - I'll go back into that if I get the piece back from the show.
